Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

At Eco-Unit, our asset units represent structural and environmental commitments. Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions where the technical acquisition has not been finalized in the Royal Vault ledger.

2. The Inactivity Forfeiture

As per our Imperial Terms of Service, the system operates on a 15-day Smart Life-Check protocol. It is critical to note:

STRICT GOVERNANCE: After the 30th day of inactivity (including the 15-day Nominee Alert Phase), assets transferred to the Company Asset Pool are NON-REFUNDABLE and non-retrievable. The physical and digital allocation of units is considered permanent once moved to the corporate asset ledger.

3. Cancellation Policy

Users may request a cancellation of their pending unit acquisitions within 24 hours of the initial transaction. Once the unit is officially registered under your Noble Identity in the database, cancellations are subject to a 10% Imperial Processing Fee.

4. Processing Duration

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment protocol. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your digital coordinates.
