1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Eco-Unit (ECO-21M) dashboard, you agree to be bound by the Imperial Governance protocols. These terms ensure the security of your assets and the integrity of the ecosystem.

2. Smart Life-Check & Inactivity Protocol

Our unique "Smart Life-Check" system is designed to protect your legacy in the event of unforeseen circumstances. As a user, you are required to maintain active engagement with your dashboard.

CRITICAL INACTIVITY NOTICE:

Phase 1 (Day 1-15): If the user remains inactive on the dashboard for 15 consecutive days, the Smart Life-Check protocol will be triggered.
Phase 2 (Day 16-30): From the 16th day of inactivity, the system will begin sending daily emergency alerts to your registered Nominee. These alerts will continue for a duration of 15 days (until Day 30).
Phase 3 (Final Action): If no response is received from the user or the nominee by the end of the 30th day, all active units and assets associated with the account will be automatically transferred to the Company Asset Vault.

Note: Once assets are transferred to the Company Assets after 30 days of inactivity, the process is irreversible under the standard protocol.

3. Asset Security

All units within the Eco-Unit system are secured via PDO-encrypted ledgers. While the company provides maximum digital security, the responsibility of maintaining account activity lies solely with the user to prevent the Inactivity Protocol from executing.

4. Nominee Responsibility

It is the user's duty to provide accurate and active contact details for their nominee. Eco-Unit is not liable if alerts fail to reach the nominee due to incorrect information or filtered communications.
